Ext examples fixed

I'd previously blogged a couple of Ext examples (Combo field / Date field ). These had a problem on IE ... i.e. they didn't work. This was due to something about IE not liking the div that I'd placed on the form to layout the example a little nicer that just left justified. As such I've worked around it for just now using a table - 'yuck' some of you might say, and I know, but for the sake of this stuff it'll do.
The images on IE seem to flicker a little at times - not sure what this is but an upgrade to Ext 2.0 might help. These examples are still using 1.1.
Hopefully I'll get a post within the next day or so with some more examples..
